3. Mandatory Proof Requirement
A proper unboxing video, clear issue images/videos, and order details are required for claims.
4. Non-Returnable / Non-Replaceable Items
- Used or physically damaged products
- Damage from improper handling
- Customized/personalized items
- Products without original packaging
- Items missing accessories/manuals
- Tampered/unauthorized repaired products
- Digital products/downloads
- Training/workshop/course purchases after access/participation
5. Electronics Product Conditions
Warranty seals must remain intact. Burn marks, water damage, physical tampering, or modification attempts may void eligibility.
6. Return Approval Process
Share Order ID, registered contact details, issue description, and proof on support email: hello@zerohm.in
7. Inspection and Approval
Returned items are inspected before approval. ZerOhm Labs may approve/reject claims or request additional details.
8. Refund Timeline
If approved, refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after successful inspection.
9. Shipping Responsibility
For damaged/wrong deliveries, return shipping may be covered by ZerOhm Labs. In other approved scenarios, shipping may be customer-paid.
